WE ARE GOING UP!

This awesome picture captures the moment of glory as Howden are presented the Kingston league trophy after convingingly winning the Kingston league in Howden's first season.

Howden only lost 1 game to 3rd place Tickton, however turned over fierce rivals Sutton Devils twice, winning 3-2 and 5-3 respectively. It was a greta achievment as Howden were top for almost all the season, and had confirmation of the championship through several games before the final day of the season, which Howden beat Leconfield 8-1, were Howden finally received the trophy.

In the picture, you'll find William Massey getting pisses, Luke Ellerington's frustration as ASh Taylor keeps hold of the throphy and Scott Thorpe who is knocking back the Lucozade after a tiring campaign. Thorpey bagged an impressive 20+ goals in his first Howden season, and looks to repate the same in his second spell at the club.

Howden, now in the Wyke league, will hopefully be raising the "We Are Going Up" banner once more at the end of this season.
